Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long will it take to receive my rug?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

• Customers in countries with a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Morocco (e.g., the USA) usually don’t pay customs fees.

• In other countries, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email to follow your shipment’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@lamaisontamurt.com within 48 hours of delivery.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please email us with photos of the issue within 48 hours. We will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid shipping label if necessary.

Try Before You Own Program

How does the Try Before You Own Sample Program work?

You can order individual weave samples or a full set that includes samples from all four of our weaving techniques. If you proceed with a full-size rug purchase, the sample cost will be credited toward your rug.

Are the samples made from the same materials as the full-size rugs?

Yes. All samples are crafted using the exact natural wool fibers and eco-friendly dyes as our full-size rugs. Each rug falls under one of our four distinct weaves—Legacy, Heritage, Artisan, or Horizon. You can order a sample specific to the weave you’re interested in or a complete set showcasing each weave.

Are your rugs truly handmade?

Yes. Every rug is handwoven by skilled Moroccan artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

What materials are used in your rugs?

Our rugs are crafted from 100% pure virgin wool, dyed with eco-friendly, natural dyes, and woven with cotton warpsfor durability.

Why do sizes and colors vary slightly?

Because each rug is handmade, slight variations in size, pattern, and color naturally occur, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my rug?

• Vacuum gently using low suction without a beater bar.

• Spot clean with mild soap and cold water.

• Professional cleaning is recommended for long-term care.

Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas?

Yes. Our rugs are designed to be both durable and functional, though we recommend rotating them periodically to maintain even wear.
